What does a day look like at Bootcamp?

  • 7:00 AM - Wake-Up Call

    Start your day with energy and enthusiasm as you prepare for an invigorating morning session.

    7:30 AM - Morning Yoga and Meditation

    Optional session to awaken the body and calm the mind, setting a positive tone for the day.

    8:00 AM - Nutritious Breakfast

    9:00 AM - HIIT Session

    10:00 AM - Break

    10:30 AM - Cardio Boxing

    11:30 AM - Cool Down and Stretch

    12:00 PM - Lunch

    2:00 PM - Spinning Class

    3:00 PM - TRX Training

    A session of TRX suspension training, targeting core strength and overall muscular endurance.

    4:00 PM - Hiking or Bootcamp Games
