Can I leave the complex during my stay and is alcohol allowed?

Are there any age restrictions?
Absolutely not! Age is just a number at Bodykhana. Whether you’re 25 and training for a triathlon or 60 wanting to be able to play with your Grand kids for years to come everyone is welcome.
Though it does vary, typically the groups tend to range from 30-65 (average age 45)
With maximum 8 guests per retreat, we provide:

Our residential weight loss and fitness camp is a comprehensive, immersive experience designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Typically, results fall somewhere in the middle, depending on how much weight you have to lose and, most importantly, the effort you put in. When booking flights, you should travel to Málaga Airport (AGP), the main international airport serving Spain's Costa del Sol. Bodykhana is nestled in the mountains north of Málaga. Transport from the airport is included in your retreat package. Once you have your flights booked, we'll send you transfer time and details.
Important: Please book a flight that arrives no later than 2:00 PM in Málaga.
If arriving by car we don't accept check-ins after late afternoon to ensure you can settle in and prepare for your first evening with us.
