Worried you're not fit enough for a fitness retreat? Take a deep breath. From the moment you land at the airport, you're in our hands.
We pick you up, bring you to our secluded Mediterranean valley, and take care of everything. Your schedule is thoughtfully planned with workouts adapted specifically to your fitness level—whether you're just beginning your journey or looking for a new challenge.
You'll be surprised how quickly friendships form in our supportive environment. The shared experience of morning workouts and healthy meals naturally creates bonds with like-minded guests who understand exactly what you're going through.
Between scheduled sessions, your time is entirely yours. Read by the pool, book a rejuvenating massage, or explore nearby hiking trails. While your fitness program is structured, your downtime is flexible.
The only thing you need to do? Show up when it's time to train. We handle everything else.

What does a day look like?

MORNING INTENSITY
8:00 - Power Spin
9:00 - Breakfast
10:00 - HIIT & Transform
11:30 - Cardio Boxing
1:00 - Lunch
2:30 - Mountain Hike/Aqua Gym/Weight Session
AFTERNOON Restoration
4:00 - Yoga/Mobility/Pilates/Qigong/Meditation/Breathwork (each day is different)
(Massage, treatments, private personal training available as extras)
6:30 - Community Dinner
Use of pool and relaxation areas available all day and between sessions.
How you train
We want you to be exhausted but exhilarated. With more muscle and energy than when you arrive so that smashing a 45 minute gym class or weight session or doing a sport or activity when you get home is a pleasure not a chore! With 3+ hours of activities a day. Our comprehensive program includes:

After a day of training, unwind and rejuvenate in nature by enjoying our holistic therapies.

Relaxation Areas: Enjoy our comfortable lounging areas where you can relax, read, or simply take in the beautiful surroundings.
Massages: Treat yourself to a variety of massages designed to relieve tension and promote relaxation (available as a paid extra).
Holistic Therapies: Enhance your well-being with various holistic therapies (available as a paid extra) to balance mind, body, and spirit.
Optional Activities
We understand that wellness is a personal journey, and our included but optional holistic activities offer a balanced approach to enhance your retreat experience. These activities, available in the afternoon or early evening, are designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Here’s what you can explore:
Nutrition Workshops: Learn about nutrition and habit forming to succeed when you get home.
Yoga: Rejuvenating yoga sessions that improve flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
Meditation: Participate in guided meditation to reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote mental clarity.
Sound Baths: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound baths to achieve deep relaxation and healing.
Hikes and Walks: Take a relaxing walk through the lush valley we are located in.
These activities are optional and outside of training hours, you can instead just use the weights room or relax by the pool, allowing you to customize your retreat experience to fit your preferences and wellness goals.
